First Officer

We’re looking for a First Officer to join a team of nine crew on a yacht with a varied programme ahead. This is a chance to take real responsibility on deck and on the bridge, gain drive time, and build a long-term role with great owners. The role includes leading the deck team with a positive, respectful approach, supporting the Captain with navigation, watchkeeping and daily operations, keeping bridge documentation organised and working within the yacht’s ISM/SMS procedures, and leading by example. Requirements include OOW in hand preferred (candidates working towards it will be considered), commercially endorsed Yachtmaster as a minimum, and first mate experience or strong larger-yacht experience and readiness to step into your first officer role.
